This hotel was ok. Served it’s purpose for my family. However, if you are looking for a well managed hotel, this is not one. So many little things came up. For 3 days one of the elevators was broken yet, the manager didn’t know. We had to inform him. Still baffled how no employee thought to tell him. Then right after they fixed it, the other elevator broke. The ice maker on our floor was broken the whole time. You had to go all the way to the lobby to get ice if you wanted any. In their very subpar breakfast, for 5 dsys, they had white sugar (instead of brown) for the oatmeal and again management didn’t even know. On one of our beds, housekeeping put a bed skirt as a comforter. I told one of the housekeepers and the manager and it was never fixed in the 6 days we were there. It took forever to ever get towels or anything extra and most of the time, we just had to go down and get it. I would not stay here again unless we had to.
