Great news for those who love the water! Lake Travis has risen more than 20 feet, and our dock is now floating and easily accessible right from the property. Feel free to bring your jet skis or family boat—you can tie up at the dock and enjoy lake adventures just steps from the house. It's a perfect setup for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. Step out your back door and onto your own private dock—the ultimate lakefront escape!

Spacious & Comfortable Stay – Perfect for Families!
We welcome families with kids and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Inside, you’ll find a large family room with vaulted ceilings, a built-in kitchenette, and a 65" TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. Our spacious, newly redecorated bedrooms provide a cozy retreat for a restful night's sleep.

After a day of adventure on Lake Travis, challenge friends and family to a variety of onsite games, including:

Lake & Park Access:
The short walk to the water and boat dock involves some natural terrain and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. If you prefer easier waterfront access, we provide a pass to private parks just a 5 minute drive away, offering:

Other things to note:
No driving or parking on the grass (due to septic system).
Pets are welcome for a $75 per pet, per stay fee (plus applicable taxes and fees).
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric griddle, electric skillet, crockpot, two-burner electric cooktop, air fryer, blender, microwave, and toaster oven—but it does not have an oven or stove. All necessary cooking utensils, as well as pots and pans, are provided. Propane for the BBQ is included, along with a backup tank.
