Food prices were high, $25 food credit only counts for second day even if you have a 1 night stay which means essentially you can only use for breakfast.
Tv in room is small and don’t work correctly and sound very low that you can’t hear it if ac/fan is on.
There as a loud clock every 15 mins or so all night long loudly in room. No idea why it was
We ordered a pizza and were told the size we wanted was 6 slices. When it arrived it was essentially a personal size pizza cutting 8 tiny pieces, not enough for 3 people. On top of that it was burnt on crust and underneath significantly and there was zero sauce.
We called to complain and it was taken off bill.
Overall pretty underwhelming and don’t see the appeal. Even $50 resort fee in winter an $10 parking fee when you self park is overboard IMO
