*The closet to the right of the entrance will be locked and not accessible to guests as that is where we store our cleaning supplies and other essentials. Only our cleaning/maintenance team has access to that. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are various other closets and cabinets in the entire apartment to store your belongings.

No shoes in the carpeted areas.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.

You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floor. There is one set of stairs inside this loft

We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.

We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.

Please note that the sofa pull-out bed is not available for use. The sleeping arrangements listed are the only ones provided for this property.

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.

Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.

As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

A few minutes south of the neighborhood is 1890 Ranch, a major shopping center. There are also several parks in or near the neighborhood, as well as golf courses, hiking trails, coffee shops, and restaurants.
