I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. They advertise breakfast as part of the amenities, but for all three mornings of our stay, the only option available was eggs—no variety, no sides, nothing else. It felt more like an afterthought than a true breakfast offering.
To make matters worse, the elevator went out of service and stayed that way our entire visit. My husband has a heart condition and is unable to handle strenuous activity, so being forced to use the stairs repeatedly was not only inconvenient but also concerning for his health.
On top of that, while showering, the handle came completely off in my hand. It was frustrating and honestly felt unsafe.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. Between the lack of amenities, maintenance issues, and disregard for guest safety and comfort, I would absolutely not stay here again.
