Spacious and designer decorated with amazing views! Enjoy the landscaped Pool giant oaks, cabanas, BBQ, and energetic South Congress neighborhood! Just a few blocks from downtown, and the convention center. Conveniently located steps from live music, restaurants + shops. Our newly renovated clubhouse includes a dedicated modern workspace, a fitness center, a games room with free arcade games, SkeeBall, and foosball.

The open floor layout is ideal for gathering with large groups of your friends or family. The incredible view and proximity to downtown and the thriving SoCo neighborhood make this extra-large thoughtfully designed apartment stand out. We stay in a lot of AirBnbs so we tried to bring the best of what we like to our guests. It is always clean, well-stocked, with nice towels, comfy sheets, and top-rated mattresses, as well as lots of little extras like free coffee, snacks and drinks. We have a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 2 showers, and another large soaking tub. The master bedroom has a private balcony directly overlooking the pool with an amazing view of downtown right from bed! There is also a designer couch that opens into another bed, if you need that option.
The extra large en-suite private bathroom has a rainfall shower and a separate soaking tub. The other bedroom has 2 double beds and 1 single bed. There is full guest bathroom right next to the bedroom. The living room has an open floor plan perfect for large groups. There is a large balcony with amazing city and pool views as well. While we always take cleanliness very seriously, we understand the extra importance right now and go above and beyond the best recommended Covid 19 sanitizing and disinfecting protocols.

You have exclusive access to the whole apartment as well as use of the pool, BBQs, fitness center, games room, and common areas. We have a coded smart lock for self check-in process that allows your group to arrive and leave at their leisure and no need to coordinate keys.

My team and I try to always be available to our guests whenever they might need or want anything. We have self-check-in, and everything already set for you, so there is no need to coordinate anything, just come on in whether y'all are ready!

We are located in the vibrant SoCo neighborhood steps from music, food, downtown, the river, Austin City Limits, and Zilker park, and the convention center and Rainey St. are just beyond. need tips on what great band is playing or an amazing restaurant to eat at or anything else? just ask!

We have free covered parking on site for two cars. Other free parking is avaiable for more vehicles. Lyft and Uber are never more than minutes away. Rental scooters and bikes are also always on the property as well as nearby. There is also public transit to and from the airport and everywhere else just on the corner.

Rule number one: Have fun!

We have no minimum stay on weekdays.

Friday and Saturdays in November, December and January are fine for single day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay. Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, etc.). That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me.

We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or outside.

No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.

Pets are very welcome, but please check with me first.
