My experience at this hotel at least this time wasn’t good. The towels were dirty, which I believe was either due to them not being changed or the need for new towels altogether. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong humidity odor, suggesting something might have been wet and left unattended. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed.
Additionally, I woke up with a rash on my skin, which raises concerns about whether the bed sheets are being properly changed between guests. Overall, I did not have a good experience, and I hope this was just an isolated incident.
Please improve the cleaning standards, as the location is excellent. Based on my experience, I cannot consider this a 4-star hotel. I hope these issues are resolved for future guests.
