***Standard height boat trailers only. Lifted trucks or taller boat trailers may not clear the oak trees on the property. We are not responsible for damages to boats, trailers or vehicles. Street parking is available if you find that your boat won’t fit
You will have access to the entire home including indoor and outdoor spaces, and the laundry area. We offer convenient driveway parking for 4-6 and ample street parking. Boats can be parked in the private driveway, but can also utilize street parking in the event that the trailer cannot clear the oak trees. We are not responsible for damages to boats, trailers or vehicles.
The upstairs bedrooms are accessible only via spiral staircase. We have carpeted the stairs for extra safety, but please note that the stairs are not appropriate for those with mobility issues, specifically elderly people and very young children. Children are welcome, but with adult supervision. The interior and exterior of the home are not child-proofed. The property owner and the management company do not assume responsibility for injuries incurred while on the premises.
For your peace of mind and to uphold the sanctity of this exclusive retreat, we have placed security cameras at the main entrance, front courtyard and backyard. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. To honor your personal space, the cameras are thoughtfully positioned and all footage is automatically deleted following your stay. These measures are exclusively for the safety of our guests and protection of the property.
