Plastic covers on the mattresses made for crispy and crinkly nights. Thin pillows smelled like men’s cologne. Water from the bathroom faucet shot straight out at you. Kitchenette had absolutely zero supplies - no pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, dish detergent - nothing. I found a cockroach in one of the drawers in the kitchen. Lack of adequate window coverings, even though window faced the back of the building with security lights streaming in all night. No room darkening drapes - only slat blinds. Had to ask for a blow dryer at the front desk. Sheets and bedspread were thin, with no blanket. Floors felt gritty and slick/dirty. Thin, small towels. No hand towels.
Pluses: Adequate, well-lit parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Good television. Mostly quiet. Luggage trolleys. Spacious, clean, functioning refrigerator/freezer.
