”Nice, modern, well designed loft. It is tiny, so not a lot of room for just chilling with friends. Everything was there that was needed. The host was responsive. It was only a short walk to great music and food.. Neighborhood is a little sketchy feeling with a scrap yard next door. But I never felt unsafe. Off street parking available which was super. I would stay here again.”

”My wife and I stayed at this property for the CapTex triathlon with our two older dogs. The house is a guest house behind the main property and is a really beautiful two story spot. The property owners were the nicest people and shared with us recommendations of places to go check out for food and were great to chat with while taking the dogs in the backyard. The location is really easy to get to anything off Lamar as well as Congress and is in a quiet neighborhood that we felt very comfortable...

”Very clean, but outside area needs sprucing up. The codes did not work to enter. Had to call and could only enter by key. Needed info on his to work the tv and ac/heat.”

”This place suited us perfectly. Very considerately and thoughfully prepared. A little enclave with friendly, welcoming neighbours. Lots of books on a variety of interesting subjects and the house itself has an intersting history. Host was happy to advise about local activities and was courteous and charming.”

”The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!”
