”A beautiful place, spacious, well equipped with everything. Perfect for family with kids!”

”Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

”We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

”Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night”

”Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

”Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again.”

”Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

”Breakfast was good (u can choose what u want to eat, not buffet). Waitress was very friendly. Room was clean. Furnitures a little bit outdated overall..”

”For the price point of this accommodation it was very disappointing. The bathroom had no door to the shower causing the entire bathroom to be wet. No mirror above the free standing bathroom sink. Mirror in the bathroom was opposite the toilet! No milk supplied. Arrived at 3pm and the cottage was absolutely freezing taking over 1.5hours to warm up. Entry to the cottage was half way down the driveway and up a heavily overgrown pathway with no lighting at all. Needed to use our phones to see where...

”Aging buildings in superb location. Great value. Mostly for conferences, so casual visitors like us organise own food via local cafes in quaint nearby villages”

”Very nice location and quiet.”

”I wasn’t able to stay the night, even though I had already paid for it as I had no photo id to check in with”

”The apartment was very big, comfortable and well set up, particularly for the price. It was clean, although the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded and some of the dishes in the cupboard needed a bit of a wash. The curtain to the living area was semi-transparent though which was a little odd and I'm not sure how much could be seen in at night and the room looked directly into the windows of the next block. Also the balcony door didn't lock. None of these were really a problem just minor points....

”Expedia is a terrible organisation to deal with and i will never use them again.”

”Very lovely and friendly staff”
