”WE stayed for two nights. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door when we arrived. I asked for an extra blanket and was told 'we don't have any' but was given a decorative bed throw. The next day we did not receive Housekeeping and, after a very long day, I had to go to the front desk and ask for two full sets of towels, a refill box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper.
The property had many guest room windows which were in need of repair as the seal had obviously...

”We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room.”
