”House and hosts were absolutely delightful! The house and all of its collections were a treat to experience. Hosts did a fantastic job accommodating dietary restrictions for breakfast. Staying was truly a treat, and I would love to come back some day. Thank you!”

”The bathroom floor was dirty. The noise from upstairs was unbearable- too loud even through ear plugs.”

”This hotel is located across the street from turning stone. We went to turning stone to golf and have fun. The shuttle service was excellent! We never waited more than 5 minutes. The staff was great and informative! The breakfast was very good as well. AND we found a lovely bistro about a minute west of the hotel where the food was great and we could fo a wine tasting.”

”We were pleasantly surprised with the property. The hotel was stunning and I was very impressed with their complimentary social hour on Wednesdays and the breakfast as well. We enjoyed sitting outside and in the common dining area, all of the furniture looked new and chic. Thank you to Ashley who was very helpful during our stay, but really thank you to all of the staff— you were pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!”

”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”I was on the first floor which was incredibly loud from the road noise and did not sleep at all. I had my service dog with me and the day after I checked out I got charged a pet deposit which I was never informed of. I called the same day they said it would be refunded I never received a refund.”

”Overall a great hotel for our needs. Close to the Stanley Theater. Check in and out process was easy. Clean, helpful staff. Enjoyed the coffee, water and cookies offered in the lobby. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable...could use more lighting. Overall a great stay for the price. Definitely recommend”
