We were conveniently placed at the back of the hotel near an exit as we were with our dog, so maybe other areas of the hotel seem brighter. A decent stopover with an included breakfast but nothing special.”

”The staff at the resort was very friendly and helpful. If I had questions they answered them. The Steak House food was good and their staff was nice. The whole experience was wonderful.”

”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”I booked a "superior room" on Expedia at a slightly higher cost. The bill from Oneida CM said "standard room". I sent a message to OCM asking in what way my room is "superior", but I didn't get an answer. The "superior" room pictured on Expedia (with red curtains) does exist, but I was assigned a somewhat smaller room than it. All guest rooms in OCM have private baths (this is not made clear on Expedia) and I advise future guests to save their money and book standard rooms. Otherwise the...

”The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)...

”Check in was easy and they accommodated my early check in. Room was clean although floors were sticky (likely humidity + build up of soap used in cleaning). Very quiet. A/C was nominal and shut off middle of night. I was able to turn back on. Beds & pillows very comfy. Overall very satisfied with this little motel.”
