”I booked a "superior room" on Expedia at a slightly higher cost. The bill from Oneida CM said "standard room". I sent a message to OCM asking in what way my room is "superior", but I didn't get an answer. The "superior" room pictured on Expedia (with red curtains) does exist, but I was assigned a somewhat smaller room than it. ”The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. ”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”Check in was easy and they accommodated my early check in. Room was clean although floors were sticky (likely humidity + build up of soap used in cleaning). Very quiet. A/C was nominal and shut off middle of night. I was able to turn back on. Beds & pillows very comfy. Overall very satisfied with this little motel.”

”I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!”
