Beautiful view, but several issues impacted our stayWe stayed during the off-peak winter season. The view was truly beautiful and the area was very quiet, but the condo had several issues that affected our comfort. There is no central heat, and we were not informed about space heaters (we found them on our own after the first freezing cold night). Cleanliness was also a concern on arrival, including hair in the bathroom, a urine odor near the toilet, and stained blankets with what looked like body fluids, making our first night especially cold. The management company did respond the next morning and sent cleaners, which we appreciated.Additional issues included mold in the washing machine seal, very poor-quality cookware (the food stuck when cooking and ever pan had stuck on food before we used it), a lukewarm hot tub, and confusion with the golf cart instructions. The second cart we were directed to filled with exhaust fumes when fully enclosed with the provided enclosure. We had to open it up to not breath all the exhaust which defeated its purpose.Important information not disclosed prior to booking was a strict 9:00 PM noise curfew, including no balcony use, with a 100 fine for violations.Positives: stunning view, quiet location, and helpful access to a golf cart.Overall, we would return to Catalina Island during peak season but would not book another property managed by this company.
