Keittiö on täysin varustettu graniittilaskurilla, kuuden hengen istuimilla, Keurig-kahvi- ja tiputuskahvikahvalla, mikroaaltouunilla, kaasuliesi / uunilla, jääpalakoneella pakastimessa ja keittotarvikkeilla. Kaikista olohuoneen ja keittiön alueista on uskomattomat näkymät.

Olohuoneessa on mukavat sohvaistuimet kuudelle, Electric Duraflame -takka ja 65 tuuman Samsung Smart TV Samsung TV Plus, Netflix, Hulu, CBS All Access ja Disney + kanssa. Siellä on myös ulosvedettävä parisänky.

Olohuoneesta ja keittiöstä löytyy makuuhuone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, ulosvedettävä parisänky ja työpöytä.

Olohuoneen ja makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella on iso terassi, jossa on ruokailutila, jossa on LED-valaistu sateenvarjo (hyödyllinen iltaisin sekä päivällä), ja mukavat istuimet rakkausistuimilla ja kapteenituoleilla.

Kierreportaat ylöspäin ovat makuuhuone korkealla katolla, king-vuode, 50 "TV, pukeutuja ja ranskalaiset ovet. Makuuhuoneesta on paras näkymä talossa, suurella kuvaikkunalla. Master-kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi pesuallasta, suihku ja kahden hengen iso poreallas, jossa on ikkuna. Makuuhuoneessa on myös kahden hengen vetäytyminen ja vaihtoehto Queen Aerobed -suihkeelle.

We enjoyed our stay. We fell in love with the view. Enjoyed the two patios and the master bedroom was spacious. It was a perfect setting for our group of five. Everyone slept well and when gathered in the kitchen and living room we felt cozy. Beautiful place, I would love to stay again in the future.

Once you got to the property, the inside was beautiful! Two great bedrooms and the view from the master bedroom jacuzzi bathtub was stunning, especially at night. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of pots and pans, plates and silverware etc. It was very clean and welcoming. The only two things I would mention is the fact that the master bed was super comfy, but the other bed needs a topper to make it not quite as firm. The second thing I would mention is that it’s about a 3 block walk uphill, and then another 52 steps up to the top level, so if you’re overweight and out of shape, this is not the place for you…… additionally there’s a very skinny spiral staircase that goes up to the master bedroom that would not accommodate someone very overweight. Luckily, we are a skinny family, in good shape, so it was perfect for us!

This place is wonderful. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so it's very private if you are traveling with someone else. It's quiet and the views from the living room and upstairs bedroom are just beautiful. There's everything you need in the kitchen and it's an easy walk to town if you want to eat out. Can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!

We couldn’t get enough of hanging out on the deck enjoying the heights above Avalon. The kitchen is WELL equipped and we enjoyed eating in each night. Lots of space and comfortable sleeping - Steven was on top of making our stay convenient and enjoyable!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend on the island staying at this home. Communication was excellent. We were grateful to stay here because of the view first and foremost ( the 50 steps up the hill is no joke but it's worth it) and the general cleanliness and coziness of the home.

The house was better than pictured -amazing views from both levels. Seeing the harbor from the living room all day was wonderful, and long evenings were spent on the deck. We loved our stay and would recommend this home. Communication with owner was wonderful as well.

The house was clean and comfortable, my family of five had plenty of room to relax and unwind after our days of activities in the island. The view from the property is amazing and made our stay even better, I would recommend this rental, the owner communicated well and we felt safe and comfortable in our stay.

Great place and great view. Would have given five stars for the cleanliness but the couch had spilled food stains and jigsaw puzzle pieces coming out of the cushions. I found the puzzle box and put the pieces away. I would have given five stars for location and neighborhood too if it was not for the house in front of the property. House in front of the property was dirty and you could smell dog urine and feces when you are out on the balcony. Not the property owners fault. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic week in Avalon! Loved "living in the neighborhood." Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming from the very beginning - not just after they realized we were quiet and respectful guests. Loved the outdoor living spaces with incredible views. Jetted tub in bay window looking at the ocean didn't hurt either. =) No problems whatsoever and owner responded immediately to all my questions. Certainly hope to return to Catalina Island someday and would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

We have been visiting the island for more than 15 years. This recently remodeled apartment has all the amenities you could want. It is well maintained and clean. The views of Avalon are worth the many steps to climb up to the property. (If you have luggage, I'd advise taking a taxi from the ferry to the location, as it is quite a hike up the hill from the Main Street. Taxis are plentiful and very reliable)

Absolutely loved staying there and will absolutely do so again. This was our second trip to Avalon and I don’t think I can stay in a regular hotel again there. Having access to a full kitchen and a private jacuzzi and outdoor deck makes it wonderful. Loved the views, and despite it raining every day during our trip, made the most of it, cooking, reading, watching movies, and taking walks in the rain to Lovers Cove.

Killer views from every room and outdoor space! Multiple decks to enjoy the beautiful weather. Grill or cook to your heart’s content. You won’t want to leave this abode. Do beware of the stairs. Pack multiple light bags rather than one large one. We were here for a week, so lots of lugging up and down 52 steps. But, it’s worth it!
