”Hallways and doors closing to rooms are extremely loud and very disruptful if your looking for peace and quiet. I stayed on the 35th floor.”

”The room was nice - basic room. With all of the construction going on, the parking was crazy. A lot of workers blocking getting in and out in the morning, which would have been fine, if I had not been charge $21 a day to park my car. I had to wait to get out as they blocked the exit this morning. It is just a bit expensive for the value. However, it is a nice place to stay.”

”The property was well maintained. The staff was courteous. The rooftop pool was small but functional. There was nothing wrong with our experience. It was just underwhelming compared to other 5 star resorts we have been to.”

”We checked into this hotel around 6 am because we had a terrible experience at our prior one. The staff were great and accommodating, the hotel was beautiful, our room was nice and spacious, and the valet was very efficient. No complaints! The hotel is also located walking distance from the UT campus which is very convenient for those who want to explore!”

”The hotel was immaculate from the rooms to the amenities. The restaurant is a whole vibe, as well as the coffee shop. The location is very convenient to the bars, restaurants, and convenient stores.”

”Unfortunately, my husband and I had a terrible experience. The room was extremely small even for one person let alone for two people staying in the room. There was no space on the floor for me to even open up luggage in full without it hitting furniture or the wall. The toilet stopped flushing a couple of times. At night, although you can her the AC going, it was not cooling. I woke up in the middle of the night in sweat. We made it one out of the two nights that we planned to stay there, and...

”The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience”
