This stylish home combines modern design with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, offering plenty of space for families or groups to relax and enjoy their stay.

Step into the inviting open-plan living area, where a plush sofa creates a comfortable setting to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, while the dedicated desk by the red staircase provides a convenient workspace for catching up on emails or planning your next adventure.

Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a refreshing shower, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the third is furnished with two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. Each bedroom offers generous wardrobe space for your belongings, and all beds come with quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

The home also features a modern shared bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a skylight that fills the space with natural light, creating a bright and refreshing atmosphere.

Step outside onto the patio, where an outdoor dining area invites you to enjoy meals in the fresh air. The charcoal BBQ is perfect for relaxed outdoor dinners and evenings spent together under the stars.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.


A charming and comfortable apartment in Aveiro, ideally located close to the city center and its picturesque canals. Guests can easily explore Aveiro on foot, discovering the famous Moliceiro boats, the colorful Art Nouveau buildings, and the lively streets filled with cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

The apartment is also a great base for visiting Costa Nova, known for its iconic striped fishermen’s houses, and the beautiful beaches of the Aveiro coastline. With its relaxed atmosphere, unique architecture, and traditional gastronomy, Aveiro is perfect for discovering one of Portugal’s most charming cities.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stops are within a 2–5 minute walk from the property, with regular urban services connecting the area to Aveiro city centre and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Aveiro Train Station is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away, providing regular connections to Porto, Lisbon, Coimbra, and other destinations across Portugal. The train station is also integrated with the city's main bus terminal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 1-hour drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
