  • AVILA BEACH ESCAPE on tilava kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto vain 4 minuutin päässä rannasta, kävelykadun ostoksista ja ruokailusta.

    Maanpinnalla on iso Master Suite ja kylpyhuone poreallas ja suihku, sohva ja TV. Master-sviitissä on oma patio, jossa on palo-kuoppa. Palo-kuopan pitäminen vie vain tarpeeksi iltarannan rentoutumiseen ja pidentää terassin iltatuntia.

    Toisella tasolla on tilava loistava huone, jossa on ulosvedettävä kuningatar-vuodesohva, ruokailu 6 ja plus 3 baarituolia. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. Panoraamaikkunat kehystävät vuoristomaisemat, ja kattoikkunat ja yläikkunat tarjoavat runsaasti luonnollista valoa asuinalueilla.

    Olohuoneen ja keittiön ulkopuolella on parveke, jossa on propaani-BBQ, jotta voit maistaa maukalusi päivän jälkeen auringossa tai lähellä Avilan golfkenttää. Olohuoneessa on takka ja iso TV. Keittiössä on suunnittelijalaitteita ja se on riittävän suuri kahdelle kokille jakamaan tilaa, kun vieraat kokoontuvat graniittisaaren ympärille.

    AVILA BEACH ESCAPE on paljon omistajakohtaisia, mukaan lukien paikalliset taiteilijatyöt. Huoneistossa on puulattiat, makuuhuoneet ovat kokolattiamattoja; peruskirja / spektri; WiFi; pesukone / kuivuri; propaani BBQ; pörröiset valkoiset lakanat ja pyyhkeet; keittiövälineet ja tarjoiluastiat; vuodepaikkoja 7 (isäntä-kuningas plus päivävuode; toinen makuuhuone-kuningatar, olohuone-kuningatar vuodesohva); lähellä Avila Beach Golf Resort ja Bob Jones -pyöräilyreitti. Tupakointi tai vaping, ei lemmikkejä. Yksi autotalli plus yksi tila kompleksissa.

    Huoneistossa ei ole kannettavaa vaihtovirtalaitetta. Pyydä Seven Sisters-loma-asuntoa määrittämään tarvittaessa ennen saapumistasi.

Great Property Walking Distance to Avila Beach

Good stay overall. The unit was as advertised. It's in a great location just a few blocks from the beach. Parking in the garage was easy, the rooms were comfortable, and the host made it easy for us. We stayed with two adults and one baby. We could comfortably accommodate another two people. We would stay again.

Charming Beach Townhome

Beautiful condo with a great location to the beach and boadwalk. Unit was very clean and spacious for a family of 4. However, the windows in the upstairs unit would not open and the property manager ingnored the request and video evidencing we could not open the windows. The room was very warm and stuffy from the afternoon sun.

Our Avila Beach weekend was lovely in every way. The condo is beautifully appointed with beach themed highlights inc dish-ware, towels and interesting Avila photo-Art work. Communication with the property managers was effortless. We were provided explicit details that made access and check out easy. The patios were delightful after a day of challenging rowing. Our group participated in the Avila Beach Outrigger Expo—rowing 13 miles around Pecho Rock! The condo was a perfect place to rest and recover. Avila is a charming place, and this condo— within walking distance to the Avila Beach and Pier—made the weekend especially memorable . We’ll be back.

Great place to stay!

Enjoyed staying at this property again. Nicely situated in Avila Beach, with easy access to beach, hiking, and restaurants. Two off-street parking spots (one in garage) was very convenient. If it’s unusually hot, the upstairs can get warm; but never uncomfortable. Will look to book again soon! Thanks.

Refreshing time in Avila

This was the perfect place for us, an easy walk to coffee shops, a little market, and the beach! We enjoyed dinner at the Custom House and Fat Cat’s. There is a step down from the garage entry that one should be mindful of. We didn’t use the outside seating areas, but they were very inviting and just as pictured. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you!

Reviewer Comments: The Avila Beach Escape home offered by Seven Sisters was the perfect place for our family of 5 for a long weekend getaway.The home itself is nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed, having a kitchen while vacationing is a must for a large family if you don't want to eat out three meals a day for five days!!The location was quiet but close to local restaurants and shops, everything was walking distance.Gas & groceries were further away, but google maps and having a plan makes this easy to deal with.Communication with Seven Sisters was outstanding, from the first contact when booking to the time leading up to our arrival to checkout on our final day. Terri was quick to respond and nothing was left out regarding what we needed to know about our stay.As a family, we highly recommend the Avila Beach Escape house for a family looking for a long beach weekend.

The condo is super clean, updated, and has nearly everything you need. Only critique - the instructions for entry are not 100% accurate - wrong location listed for keypad and it should have said to enter garage before using door code.The kitchen is a little cramped for space due to the fridge being too large for the space and the door opens the wrong way.All in all - great value for the money.

Clean, centrally-located and modern condo in Avila Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent customer service leading up to arrival. Wonderful location, close to everything in town including dining, beach, park and bike trail. Home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Views from all windows weren’t spectacular but that didn’t take away from our wonderful time in this unit or this beachside community.
