”Quiet, comfortable bed. Mainly clean in the important places, with a few stray hairs. Clean linens and towels. Good breakfast on the run.”

”The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice area, and within walking distance of a couple of nice resturants. The breakfast at the hotel, was very nice. We woud definitely stay there again if in the area.”

”The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. However. Our room was NOT clean at all. The microwave was disgusting, the fridge was dirty. The beds had hair in them and there were someone's dirty socks left behind. The breakfast was a 0☆ as it was watered down orange juice, waffles and snack cakes.”

”I really like this hotel. I have stayed here several times, for business. It is right by the interstate and is super nice and clean! The beds and pillows are wonderful! And the free breakfast is, too! Super nice staff, as well. Go to dinner at Timbers right down the street less than 5 minutes away! Great menu and food!”

”Absolutely loved my stay here! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Highly recommend.”

”Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

”Our train was late getting in until 11 o’clock. We overslept for breakfast, but they were kind enough to wait on us. We really appreciated that. They impressed us with their accommodations.”

”The prices are unreasonably high for how poorly maintained this place is. The ceilings had mold, the mattresses were very uncomfortable, the toilet would barely flush and was dirty, the water faucets were filthy, and the bathtub was disgusting. Overall, the property is in very poor condition and does not justify the price they charge. I would not recommend staying here”

”We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned, beds changed or towels restocked we made our own beds and got our own clean towels from the lobby. The tub had no slip strips. The curtain rod was coming out of the tile, so the curtain kept sliding to the middle of the tub- causing water on the floor or wet floor mats. Friday night was a mess with some patrons causing issues, local police were called, about using a room on the floor we were on. Couldn’t use the pool Saturday night because a...

”Clean room, staff great, parking plenty. Property extremely well kept. Rooms extra clean and modern.Location is very close within walking distance to Applebee Restaurant that is also outstanding or you can drive out of the hotel parking lot and have many other choices of eateries in the area. We highly recommend this Hotel :)”

”I stayed in the McCulloch Suite in the Sion Bass House (one of the two adjacent historic homes which make up this property). The suite was very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions which were emailed the day of check-in were very clear. There was a folding ironing board, iron, lots of extra towels, literature related to the history of the property and the city (for anyone who might be interested). The little garden surrounding the building and the deck in back both were very nice. I...

”Clean Property. Helpful staff. Great Breakfast options (Berry waffles? Yum) and excellent, quiet and comfortable rooms.”

”Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day.”

”The hotel has no elevator so not recommended for family with kids. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of space. Front desk staff who checked us in gave us the best customer service experience but the staff who was dealing with the breakfast was just okay.”
