”There were stains on the bed sheets in multiple areas. There were bugs in the bed, unclear if they were bed bugs of another type of bug. This made me super grossed out and uncomfortable and I ended up not staying in the room either night. There were also bugs that were alive in the bathroom. ”

”Was there for a 4 day stay .Second day the pool was closed by the Florida Department of Health. We were unable to use it the rest of our stay When I inquired at the desk when the pool would be open the clerk at the desk actually try telling me that the pool is usually closed during Hurricane Season.
