Kauniit näkymät merimiesten paratiisista

Hyvin hoidetun osakehuoneiston lounaiskulmassa sijaitseva yksikkö tarjoaa upeat näkymät ääniin. Hyvin hoidamme kiinteistön, haluamme viihtyä ja tuntea olonsa kotoisaksi. Olipa lounaaseen kannella, koskematon ranta tai uima-allas, siellä on runsaasti tilaa nauttia auringosta luonnon ympäröimällä alueella.

Ruokakaupat ja lukuisat ravintolat ovat viiden minuutin ajomatkan päässä, ja OceanAir Sports - johtava vesiurheilukeskus Outer Banks - on vieressä. Very comfortable unit, facing the water, and beautiful sunsets! Great communication from the owner. We only stayed one night but loved the Avon area and would return again. We also enjoyed the PoHouse restaurant right next door.

Condo was as expected. However lost cell phone and internet for about 12 hours due to a cut cable near Oregon inlet. The next day power went out for about 6 or 7 hours. Not the owner’s fault. The tv was not cable and I had to purchase an App to watch anything. There should have been cable to make it easier to find local tv and football on the Sunday we arrived. We enjoyed our time otherwise.

We had a very nice time. The condo is very nice. Beautiful appliances, clean all around. The sliding door in the living room does not open easily. I ended up using the bedroom door. The large window blind was not operational and I feel that drapes on the sliding door would help the overall temperature in the condo. When we returned each day the room was very warm into the evening and I feel it was due to the lack of a drape. Thank you for a lovely time

This is our second visit to this condo in the last 3 months! Great location - love the view of the sound with the proximity to the beach. Also enjoyed having a wonderful restaurant that we could easily walk to along with a little shopping. We will return!

Had a great stay at the property. Excellent location and walkable to some restaurants. Great views from the deck, would stay again! Great having the pool and a laundry room on site as well.

Nice area but extremely busy and crowded. Nice view from condo of the sound. Cleaning service did good job. We had upstairs neighbor who had residents constantly stomping and running with exception of the night. Recommend allowing guests to control unit temperature to their personal preferences. Temperature was either too cold or too warm. Also TV in Living Room difficult to control access to content. Not easy like Bedroom TV. Thanks for having us as your guests! Mark

Overall, very nice unit. A couple of things left behind from previous guests by housekeeping, which was disappointing. And we struggled with the Roku TV, but could've been just use. Unit has a nice view. Porch was enjoyable in the evenings and high enough up for a breeze to keep away the bugs. Lots of modern touches with the smart appliances, lighting, etc. Sufficient parking available. 3rd floor stairs can be a pain if you're hauling a lot of heavy stuff. Did not try the pool, but some other families with young children seemed to enjoy it. Noises from upstairs children running around definitely carried through the ceiling, if that kind of thing bothers you. Towels and linens were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Master BR does fill with light early in the AM. Note: Restaurants close early in lower OBX and there is no night life. Be prepared to keep yourself entertained in the evenings.

Most relaxing vacay we’ve had in years. Kids (7 and 9) loved the location close to ice cream, the beach, and souvenir spots. Nice and quiet, plenty to do and beautiful property. Easy to check in, lovely place, comfy beds, super clean. Tedrowe and Marcia were super accommodating and friendly. It’s a highly recommended condo and we will be back!

The owners couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The condo is peaceful and attractive and has a lovely view of the water. It's close to shops and restaurants, but is set apart in a quiet area. It was a very nice place to stay.

We had a great stay in Avon. The house/condo was perfect for our family. The only issues we had were there weren't enough bath towels and wash cloths. We had to reuse our wash cloths for the Monday-Friday we were there. There are no kitchen towels to dry dishes as we washed them. And no control over the thermostat. We had decided to stay in later and just rest. But it got very warm. The thermostat went up to 79. Even opened the doors to try and get a breeze. We eventually called the property manager and she took care of it immediately. So even with these minor (very minor) issues, the property managers were easy to get a hold of and took care of it for us. The house was very comfortable and the views were so pretty. We loved sitting out on the deck, especially at night. The starts were so bright. If you get up before the sun you can watch it come up out of the small window by the bathroom. That was a welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend this home. We would stay here again if we come back.
