Tämä tilava 2-kerroksinen osakehuoneisto sijaitsee kauniilla Beaver Creek West -alueella. Lähellä herkullisia ruokia ja upeita aktiviteetteja. Suuressa huoneistossa on upea puulämmitteinen takka olohuoneessa yhdessä holvattujen 14 jalkakaton kanssa. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu ruoanlaittoon ja ruokintaan suurille vieraaryhmille. Mukavasti nukkuu 13. Ilmaisella suksikuljetuksella Vailiin ja Beaver Creekiin.

Äskettäin päivitetyt lattiat. Televisiossa on viisi televisiota. Kaapelipalvelu tarjotaan yhdessä HBO: n kanssa. Päivitetty WiFi on käytettävissä ilmaiseksi vieraillemme.

Kalustettu luonnollisessa, Rocky Mountain -tyylisessä muodossa. Condo on hytti kuin tuntuu. Siellä on iso ruokasali ja baari-alue, joka tarjoaa istumapaikkoja jopa 12: lle. Tunnet olosi kotoisaksi täysin varustetussa keittiössä, jossa on mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, astianpesukone ja upouusi täysikokoinen jääkaappi. On suuri kapasiteetti pyykinpesukone ja kuivaaja. Jokaisessa neljässä makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Master-sviitissä on viehättävä takka. Yläkerrassa on todellinen neljäs makuuhuone (ei avoin parvi), joka tarjoaa toisen olohuoneen.

Beaver Creek West tarjoaa yksityisen hiihtäjäkuljetuksen Lionsheadiin Vailissa tai Beaver Creek Riverfront Express Gondolaan hiihtokauden aikana.

Host was accommodating of our request to arrive early, communicated well and responded promptly to questions. The condo had plenty of space for our 3 families with children, and the pool/hot tub towels and 4 parking passes were nice to have! Condition of the unit was on par with the price and true to the photos provided with the exception of the furniture - the photos appear to be from the real estate listing as living room furniture is not leather as shown. The kitchen was disorganized and only one clean kitchen towel was provided, with no clean/packaged sponge for doing dishes as we’ve had in other rentals. We were able to resolve a minor issue with the linens with the extras available, and host will address with the cleaning company. Overall a ton of space and a great stay, despite the lack of snow on the mountain! :-)

Very convenient ski shuttle to beaver creek and vail (though the vail shuttle does not run tues or wed). Easy to communicate with the host. Very nice condo, plenty of space. Very comfortable and cozy.

Parents, kids partners and grandkids stayed! An obviously used feeling.Quite spacious with a bathroom for each room. Visiting family down the lake path was quite convenient, as I knew when planning. I noticed a few items were changed from the VRBO pic and wondered if we had displaced a family for the week.My son noted how many closets and other storage areas were locked to block access.My daughter was thrilled to see the bikes and go biking with her daughter only to see those items were also 'to see, not touch'.

Solid Avon location

We enjoyed our stay in this Avon condo. It was just as advertised in the description and pictures. The location is great with many options to get to the slopes with ease (private condo bus to gondola or to Skier Express bus stop to get to the main BC village)Check in was easy, parking was right in front of the condo, and you are close to a nearby park for the kiddos.We had 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms had plenty of space and more than enough beds for us. It even provided options to bring a kid into a parents room in a separate bed if needed in the middle of the night. If we have one knock, a few items seem dated within the condo. However, it is just as pictured.

It was ok

The good: There was more than enough space for the 7 people there. The owner was polite and responsive. The area is wonderful. The bad: The place feels very lived in. It could have been cleaned better. There was window hardware parts laying around, stuff on the floor and heavy dust on some surfaces. The master bedroom has no closet, a terrible shower head, and we had to clean the jet tub because there was mold the jets. The sheets in one of the downstairs rooms had what looked like urine stains. The stairs to get to the place are steep and there is no elevator. The lady downstairs lives there full time and she is extremely rude. Her little dog jumped on my 6 yo and when I asked her not to let the dog do that she became very confrontational. We had several issues with her. I know the owner can't control the neighbor, but if you have kids the neighbor will 100% come out and complain about them walking up the stairs. TLDR: The place is nice enough even though the master doesn't have a closet. The rude neighbor and the less than clean rental would deter me from staying here in the future.

Great location butt needs some TLC

Great location, couple minute walk to Nottingham playground and park/lake. The house needs a deep clean and all linens refreshed. The towels were all ratty and the bedding and pillows were very old.

Great location to the ski resort

Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen for our family of 5. Short walk to pool and hot tubs (which at times got quite crowded!) Short walk to the free shuttles for ski hills (3 options- to base of BC, top of BC and Vail). Big dining sitting area to gather in the evenings. Each bedroom had its own full bath!! Pictures aren't quite accurate of furniture and bedding, but you get the layout of each room. Wish we would have had a grill. It is 2 flights of steps up to condo - no problem for our family, but that could be an issue for some with skis, cooler, etc. Beautiful walk along the Eagle River also!!!! So much more than just skiing in the area!

Beaver Creek/Vail Ski Trip

The host was awesome from first contact onwards. The property was perfect for our ski group and very well equipped. Parking for our vehicles was absolutely no problem at all. With the property run shuttles, both Beaver Creek and Vail couldn’t be easier to get too! Access to the hot tubs, pool, and sauna made for a relaxing end to each great ski day. We would stay here again without a second thought!

Very spacious apartment

Our stay was very short but it was great. The apartment was actually much nicer and much more spacious than we imagined. The apt in the photos looked smaller. The apartment also had everything we needed. Kitchen was very complete! Jessica was also great! Always available. We highly recommend the apt and would definitely consider staying there again.

Great for multi-family stay!

We were a group of parent/kid pairs in town for a soccer tournament, and this was so perfect for us! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom which we greatly appreciated. (One king bed, the rest are queens - we were trying to guess from the pics since it wasn’t specified in the listing.) Well stocked kitchen, and the property’s right next to a pond and trail. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for skiing!

This condo was wonderful! Everything was just as described online and communication with the property manager was excellent. The location is convenient to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail. The amenities at the condo are a great bonus!

Good location

Good location with easy access on the shuttle to Beaver Creek for a friends ski weekend. The condo had more than enough space for five of us. Unfortunately it was not nearly as clean as we would have liked in a rental (crumbs on the couch when we arrived, someone’s used contacts and dental rubber bands on the bathroom counter, 1/2” of dust on the ceiling fans, etc). As others have mentioned there are are a number of easy improvements that the owner could make (lightbulbs out in nearly every room, shower head is broken and sprays into the hall) but for some reason hasn’t even after they’ve been pointed out. With a little bit of TLC this would be a great rental but I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next visit.
