Great house. Clean, comfortable, loved the en suite bathrooms. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Could have used air conditioning. Fans didn't quite do it at night when bedrooms were warm. Besides that, absolutely no complaints.

Great Condo in Avon

The condo was very roomy and had space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Will definitely stay there again on next trip to Beavercreek. Only negative is climbing with luggage in high altitude to the 3rd story upon arrival, but the higher you go, the better the view.

Good location and size BUT needs help

Booked for July & August. Windows were inoperable and rooms were hot and no air flow. Fans just blew hot air around. Handyman said owner was aware of broken mechanisms and has done nothing to fix them. Also, TV in second bedroom missing and no instruction on main TV operation/speaker operation. BBQ not same as one pictured. Minimal glassware and pot/pans need replacing.

Great Location.

The condo was just as pictured on vrbo. It is well maintained and has plenty of room. The location is wonderful especially if you have children as it is within walking distance to pool, lake and playground. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable accommodations

Bright, sunny condo. Watching the snow from the living room was lovely. Nice, updated furnishings and kitchen fully stocked. Spacious enough for 2 families with young kids. I only wish the fireplace worked. The shuttle to the mountain was easy and accessible. We had a great trip. Would stay in this unit again.

Disappointing!

The property is nice but the downstairs neighbors had an intense domestic disturbance two nights in a row that resulted in a lot of noise and the local police making several trips to the property. It was nearly impossible to sleep with screaming, yelling and throwing items in the unit below.

Great location and spacious.

The condo was spacious for 6 adults although the listing showed a fabulous fireplace which apparently is not a working fireplace. Given this was a ski vacation, we would have expected this to be identified in the listing. The beds (especially in the 3rd bedroom were awful and the mattresses need replacing. The response from the management company was great as we had a broken humidifier and a new one arrived the same day. Additionally, when we complained about the mattresses, they sent over two mattress pads (which helped a bit). But, not having a usable fireplace was the most disappointing. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the location was a 10 minute walk to the gondola and even less to the shuttle.

Nice place, but very poor customer service

The people that manage the properties were not helpful at all with any accommodations whatsoever. There was no flexibility on check in/check out times, no wifi, refused to let us use firewood to start a fire (in their fireplace in each house), and would not provide any extra towels than what was in the place. Overall it was a very nice place but would appreciate a little better customer service during our stay here. Will likely find somewhere else to stay next time because of this.

Unfortunately the owners (not renters) beneath this unit ~ were extremely loud ~~ 2 nights we got no sleep even with ear plugs; because of doors slamming & yelling ~~ walls are already thin! My husband took trash out during one of their fights, and they had literally knocked the front door off it’s hinges.... The next day 2 of my children were too exhausted to leave the condo, fighting had gone on til 5:45am; but couldn’t get rest because of the noise from them replacing the door & repairing the door frame that day Unfortunate for this unit that the neighbors are BAD. We would never stay here again. The unit was not cleaned & ready at check-in, the towels were wet (& there were not enough for a family of 5, especially if we intended to use the hot tub) ~~ kudos to Turnkey texting, they were prompt w/responses; but there were no other properties we could switch to ~~~ made reservation 10 months in advance because it was the week of Christmas.

Great spot for families

Good sized condo with plenty of space for everyone in our group. Great location near the lake and park for the little ones. Short little walk to the pool and hot tubs but manageable in the summer/fall. Overall it was a good value for our long weekend getaway in the mountains this fall.

Great location. Walk to the lake and restaurants. Clean condo. 3 flights of stairs. Beds uncomfortable in room 2-3. Turnkey was difficult to reach and took days to return my email. And Turnkey forgot to update our code and we were locked out for 2 hours before we could get a hold of them.

An awesome spot!

We rented this property with a group in March. Everything was really seamless. The condo is spacious with a big living room and kitchen, a balcony, and a grill. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels etc. The shuttle to the mountain was really convenient and efficient. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone looking for a great place near Beaver creek!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excelent stay. Nice place, quiet and close to everything we expected to find in Avon including the nice walk to the gondola. Great condo in Avon!

We stayed here for a week with our two kids and were happy with the property. It was clean, had a great starter supply of paper products (we didn’t even have to replenish bc there was plenty for our stay!) and kitchen had the necessities. Also happy they provide fans because there’s no air conditioning so it did get warm by end of day, fans helped a lot. Check in and out was easy! Nottingham park around the corner is a gem!! The condo is on the third floor, so that is something to be aware of if you have a lot of luggage & bikes like we did. Those coming from lower altitudes might find this makes you very short of breath at first. Would stay here again.
