Consider this your home away from home while visiting Beaver Creek. This lovely property boasts 4 king bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with plenty of space inside and outside. A large, wood-burning fireplace in the great room with an adjacent playroom or space for kids to watch TV. There is a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances and a dining room and both open to the great room.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths and a large primary bedroom with separate his and her baths plus a sitting area. Also upstairs is a loft sitting area that could provide additional sleeping space with a twin air mattress, crib, and small sofa bed. Equipped with WiFi, full size laundry and central heating and humidifier, guests will have everything they need for a phenomenal stay.
Outside, there is a new Viking BBQ grill, a fire pit and a hot tub for 7. Plenty of driveway space for 4 cars. Guests have use of resort shuttle to and from the slopes and village. We think our home offers the best of both worlds in Beaver Creek - there is privacy with plenty of space and comfort, the beauty and sounds of the creek yet quick access to restaurants, mountain sports, golf and shopping. Winter and summer it’s easy to take advantage of all Beaver Creek has to offer.
