The pet fee helps cover the extra cleaning needed for pet hair. Please note: if additional messes (such as urine or accidents) are left behind, an extra $200 cleaning charge will apply. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pup and avoid leaving pets unattended in the home, as barking can sometimes disturb our neighbors.
