”Checked in 4 pm, housecleaner was inside, not ready until 7 pm-ish. The place was tidy, but needs a Deep Clean, the futon stained, dirty utensils in drawer, mice poop, ... Not set-up for five adults. Uninhabitable due to high heat inside, 84 degrees with window left open by cleaner. Thermostat not working. Vintage cast iron radiators heating in each room are working, very hot. Host not helpful, would not come adjust the heating system. All Guests left for hotel. VRBO support in process due to...

”Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

”Absolutely Underated. Big, clean, QUIET rooms. Free breakfast buffet. The staff is amazingly professional, polite, and helpful. I didn't know what to expect from Enfield Ct- but my expectations were exceeded. The beds and pillows made for a great nights sleep. The TVs have YouTube and other streaming services. The walk in shower and comfort height toilets were a nice touch. Overall - a 10/10 stay - I highly recommend.”

”The front desk staff was very warm & welcoming. Parking was good. The property has a lot of fun history & architecture -- make sure to read about it in the little room off the lobby. And the town/area is so quaint. My husband had to work, so I sat at the bar by myself for dinner & had a wonderful time. The bartender is amazing. Really good at her craft! Food was great.
