Cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, the perfect space to move around and cook with ease. Serve dinner at the dining table that seats eight, use the breakfast bar for additional seating of two. Four bedrooms make up the second level of the home. One master bedroom with a queen bed and private attached bath is perfect for the parents. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
