Sydämessä sijaitseva Avon, tämä upea hiljattain rakennettu kahden makuuhuoneen vuori pako on kaikki mukavuudet kodin ... plus upea näköala Beaver Creek Mountain!

Hemmottele itseäsi kätevästi joitakin parhaista ravintoloista ja ostoksia Vail Valley. Uudet huonekalut, suunnittelija sisustus, uusi matto, kaasu takka, parveke kaasu BBQ grilli ja patio huonekalut. Langaton internetyhteys. Kaapeli-tv kaikissa huoneissa, on DVD perhehuoneessa ja jokainen huone (videonauhuri on myös perhehuone). Ottomaanien sohva kaksinkertaistuu vuodesohva ja pesukone ja kuivaaja sijaitsee Condo.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone poreallas ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas ... plus oma sisäänkäynti parvekkeelle. Kaksi Queen-sänkyä annetaan tilava vierashuone - täydellinen perhe - on oma sisäänkäynti kylpyhuone. Runsaasti pyyhkeet yhdessä kylpy saippua, shampoo, hoitoaine, ja täysikokoinen blowdryers jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa.

Keittiö on täysin varustettu (kahvinkeitin, autonromu potin, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin ja kaikki vempaimia ja palvelevat kappaletta voitte kuvitella).

Täysikokoinen Etukäteispalkkio pesukone ja kuivaaja sijaitsevat huoneisto pyykinpesuaine, kuivausrumpu lakanat ja tahranpoistoainetta.

Maanalainen, lämmitetty autotalli tarjoaa pysäköinti, lukitus suksivarasto yksikön, ja pyörä varastointi. Tämä yksikkö on yksi harvoista yksiköiden Vail Valley on ilmastointi - suuri mahdollisuus olla kuumana kesäpäivänä!

Convenient Condo in Avon
This condo is located in the center of downtown Avon and three exits (9 miles) from downtown Vail. It is extremely secure with keyboards to enter the parking lot, Building front door, elevator and entrance to the condo. It has an air conditioner which many places in the mountains do not have.

Great condo
We loved this property. The underground parking is a plus (assuming you registered your car online properly. If you follow owners instructions especially length of time to show you will be fine. If not you could be billed, but parking company will remove it with proof of stay). Being seniors, the garage parking was a major plus in renting as no steps/stairs. The owner was very responsive in our inquiries. Everything was lovely. The month of July, we hardly used the air conditioner in unit as we liked fresh air and opened balcony door and windows. At night with only window open the fan going was very comfortable as well. The coffee table lifts up and becomes your dining table. It worked great since no “dining room table”. The place is just as pictured. We would not hesitate to go back.

Lovely apartment, conveniently located
Warm, homey apartment. A cook’s kitchen, completely kitted out with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly want, including a five-burner gas stove. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, from cheap-and-cheerful to white-tablecloth. Perfect for skiers or snow boarders with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. A 10-minute walk to the gondola or a 100-meter walk to the ski shuttle bus. Good value-for-money toward the end of the ski season when I was there. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect condo for our family, we have two tall teens, so it was great that they had their own beds. I like the lockers that they had, the access from garage to condo was great. Location was good. The description said, new building, however, the building, and unit seem to be older, that was the only thing that I noticed..

Spring Break - ski trip
This is a great middle location between Beaver Creek (less than 2 miles away) and Vail (less than 8 miles away). It is on the shuttle route and Avon is a fun town with everything you would need and bonus, a great pizza place within walking distance. We enjoyed the fireplace and the jetted tub after long skiing days. Highly recommend!

Great ski location.
This property is exactly as advertised. It has a great location to catch the ski shuttle up to Beavercreek. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Shopping is right across the street and restaurants are within very close walking distance. We will stay here often. The host is very responsive.

Nice place that is a 3 min walk to the bus stop to catch the Skier Express bus (free shuttle). It was nice to have reserved garage parking. Owner's information for access and surrounding area was plentiful and detailed.

Salvaged our cancelled Alaskan Cruise
Property was just liked the listing stated and had everything we needed for our last minute booking and it was clean. Lorna was very helpful and I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The property is in a great central location to enjoy the whole area. The location is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and a nice park with a lake.

Summer visit to Beaver Creek
Very quiet condos. We walked to Avon Tennis courts, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Beaver Creek Resort has free parking in the summer so we didn’t have to take the shuttle. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and making morning coffee. My husband and I would stay here again if available.

A bit disappointed!
The place was too small and cramped for 3 adults. It was dark, air didn’t work, had heavy covers on beds that were hard to get out of our way. This place needs spruced up. Kitchen was nice and having bathroom items provided was a plus. If it were my place a would get rid of all the dark heavy furniture and put in more of a Scandinavia style which would provide more room. I would get rid of the dark blinds and put in something that is lighter to brighten up the place. It was easy to stay in communication with the owner and I did appreciate that. I don’t believe I would recommend it to anyone and I wouldn’t stay again. I’m sad because this was my first experience using VRBO!

Listing is accurate and the instructions the owner provided were excellent, I had no questions that were not answered by the documents provided by the owner. The location is ideal for skiing at Beaver Creek with the shuttle picking up within the same parking lot. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great honeymoon stay
The condo was great! So cozy and had all the homey touches. The town of Avon was a wonderful location to stay in too due to all the shops and restaurants as well as the proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Highly recommend!
