You will not believe the new, fully renovated Easy Breezy!! The transformation is stunning. Easy Breezy is a sound-front paradise for windsurfing, kiteboarding, fishing, and surfing where you'll enjoy some of the best riding and fishing conditions on the East Coast. Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family. The renovated home now features a magnificent Great room and entertainment center with huge picture windows offering panoramic view of the Pamlico Sound just a few feet away. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy waterfront living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, and board storage racks. The Great room features a 75-inch smart TV, and electric fireplace and opens to a beautiful deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views. The kitchen features all-new appliances and a beautiful (huge) island gathering spot. The first and second bedrooms have new smart TVs and are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The master bedroom also features a new smart TV, an electric fireplace, private bath, and the incredible view of the sound.

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

Nice updates, great location

Very nice unit with many modern amenities. I recommend rigging on the boardwalk to prevent punctures on wing gear from the thorns on the grass area. Perfect location with great access to the deeper channel for foiling activities, especially for folks with dogs.

You can't beat the location for wind and water sports. The house itself is in need of some TLC and has been for some years but it's still hard to find a better place than this and they take dogs!

We Love Easy Breezy!

The location is wonderfully situated on a quiet sound in a peaceful neighborhood. It is great for kayaking, kiteboarding, sailing, swimming, and bike riding. The ocean is within walking distance. Shopping, groceries, and good restaurants are also closeby. The only negative things are that the interior of the house needs some attention and the kitchen scissors were broken.

Needs a lot of maintenance done

Windows had to be held open w sticks. Holes in some screens. Deck in rough shape w pickets falling off, splinters. Carpets stained and packed w dog hair and sand. Furniture dirty. Beds cheap and uncomfortable.. Needs a LOT of tlc… Did have great view and water access though.

Great location. Perfect for small group. Need major home improvements

Pro: location, hot tub, gear storage, laundry, small kitchen appliances. Windsurf water launch Con: 1. Found a few large cockroaches in the house 2. Only two burners in the stove is working 3. Deck condition is poor. My friend got a splinter in her foot and had to go to emergency to get it out 4. Mattress in bad shape, if your partner move you move. Many sleepless nights for me.

Easy Skeezy

The view & dock were beautiful. The two kayaks they provided was a nice amenity! Now, the house itself, was completely outdated and dirty. From the start we had to go and clean everything ourselves after the “cleaners” were there. We stripped all the beds ourself, cleaned the bathrooms & kitchen. We found dried blood on the bathroom vanity. The family before us definitely had a dog as we found dog food under the living room furniture so nothing was moved and vacuumed. I understand there’s going to be bugs we’re on the bay, but the bugs in the house!!! We had multiple cockroaches & spiders! Yuck! I would give it one star the only plus side to this place is the location. Stay at your own risk.

Perfect location - house needs some TLC

This house is in a great location with an easy walk or bike ride to the beach and direct access to the sound. Our family enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming right from the house so you can't beat that for a wonderful vacation! The house allows pets which is also great for pet lovers. However, while I understand that pet friendly houses may have some signs of other pets, I was disappointed upon our arrival that the couch was completely covered with dog hair that we didn't event want to use it. The house also had several other items that were broken or not working. We reported that the dryer was broken on Monday and the realty company said that they would have an appliance person come fix it but this didn't happen before we left a week a later. Overall I would recommend this place for those that are seeking an affordable bay front house if you don't mind a house that is a bit dated and shows signs of many pet visits.
