”The hotel was so nice and clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We stopped there “impromptu”because we were heading home from Disney and the children were tired so we planned to stay one night before heading home but we were so impressed with the staff and the area we decided to make a weekend of it before traveling the rest of way home!”

This time around, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Blount Island absolutely delivered.
From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏

”Well first of all we read some of the reviews and some had got a complimentary margarita at check-in , no fan in the bathroom, the bathroom door has gaps so no privacy, housekeeping didn’t change towels with us asking,didn’t put out new coffee for us, fridge was not cold ! We didn’t even have a table with our chairs like everyone did! We noticed the floors were filthy! And the bathroom sink drain stop! is really needing repair on the handles! Then the bed was super hard! Good stay other than...

”We really enjoyed staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Jacksonville Beach! Such wonderful staff. We even scored some yummy cookies! They accommodated our needs from before we arrived all the way through check out. We swam in the pool, hung out in the hot tub and were even able to rent beach bikes right on the property. It was a great experience. This is not our first stay here and we will most definitely be back!!”
