”This property has good bones but is poorly maintained. Beat up walls and many things that do not function properly. Room 311 had no hot water in the bathroom sink and the base boards are dirty, otherwise serviceable. No housekeeping. If you needed toilet paper, coffee packs or toiletries you have ask the front desk.
The Exercise room elliptical does not work and has a software problem. The TV is at least 20 years old with no remote and the side manual buttons do not work. The treadmill works...

”The 1 bedroom suite was great for travel with 2 young kids. The staff were fine. They were not rude, but were not extra accommodating either. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the dishwasher pod that was provided was a really nice touch. Sadly both the king bed and the pullout couch were fairly uncomfortable for sleep. It was expected for the couch, but not the main mattress. Overall, a nice, clean place with nice amenities.”

”The lobby was nice and so was the lady at the desk. I loved the room except the toilet was super low too the ground. In the morning breakfast was okay but I needed butter for my oatmeal so I asked the lady that was putting food out but she didn't understand English. Other than that everything else was nice and I'd definitely stay again.”

”Took the van a long time to get us from the airport BUT once he did he was super nice and drove us straight there so we could order food before the bar closed. BUT I have to say....my daughter and I ordered the mediterranean bowl and 2 waters. $70!!! are you kidding me? It first was NOT as described on the menu nor did it have most of the ingredients in it that it should but for a piece of chicken on a bed a lettuce and rice to be $70 is outrageous. You are a hotel lobby bar not the Ritz....
