”Beautiful area but was let down on the cleanliness and facilities. The white bedding had brown stains all over and cob webs in the bath room. On multiple websites it stated their was a spa for guest use, despite this not being the case. The info in our room also stated breakfast basket apon arrival as well as spa for guest to use, neither which were true. Little things can make a big impact, for example, it would have been nice when we came to our room after a hot day for the air con to be on,...

”We have been here a few times now and to be honest this is the last time we will be visiting. The room was a disgrace, about at least 10 flys all through the room, none of the cabin has been cleaned properly, to give you some context, the dust pan and brush has faeces on it from the previous visitors, the sheets hadn't been changed, one of our kids found snot all over the blanket that had been left on his bed, we even found boogers and snot over our own sheets. The bin liner hadn't been taken...

”The room was clean as was the bathroom. The one chair in the room wasn't comfortable. Need some drawers in the bathroom. Air contioner is very old. Had a lovely meal in the bistro and bar staff very nice. Receptionist was very informative and very helpful. ”

As I was leaving on the day that I visited the mine, he let me leave my car in the Motel car park. Room was large and very comfortable with the shower having amazing water pressure. ”
