A hotel in need of some renovation
This hotel is in need of some room renovation, the bedrooms were very tired and dated and not in a good condition at all - the kitchen and bathroom was also in a bad state with dirty radiators, chipped tiles etc and considering this was not the cheapest hotel we could have booked in the area, it should have been. Needless to say we did not eat in the hotel or use the swimming pool. Fortunately we were only booked in for one night. On the up side the check out staff were lovely

I’ve been there for 4 nights, great location if you have a car, nice area for familes and it have public park there, supermarket. Clean appartment, large, and comfort. I will give it 10/10!

My girlfriend and I left the place and booked an hotel instead. The room was dark, there was no hot water and there was no water pressure, the AC didn't work propely, the internet service (wifi) kept disconnecting.

2 nights in late July
Front desk was very helpful. Easy to find, right by all of the nightlife in the area, but just far enough away from the noise that you can sleep. Be prepared to pay for air conditioning, though (6€ per night), otherwise they have fans which do the trick. Wasn't too hot, even without the A/C downstairs. Nice place :)

Great location and spacious apartment, especially for the price. Was kind of the staff to do our washing up during our stay too and towels were changed regularly. However the floor was incredibly dusty and unclean, the staff stole some of our cleaning supplies during our stay, and regularly walked in on us rather than knocking. When we first arrived they had no idea we were coming, and we’d had no real communication before our booking other than a confirmation at the very start. It was also incredibly loud the entire stay - nearby tourists were noisey but also loud street cleaners several times very early in the morning. WiFi was included but the connection was so poor we were forced not to use it and air conditioning is charged at €6 per day which is a rip off. Overall enjoyable stay and good location but noise, air con and poor WiFi definite negatives.

Nette kleine Anlage in günstiger Lage
Die Anlage liegt in Nähe der Lokale, den Lärm hört man aber nur gedämpft. In der Anlage sellbst ist es ruhig und der Pool ist sauber. Die Apartments sind geräumig, der Zimmerservice ist halbwegs ok. Es gibt keine Kaffemaschine. Für dortige Steckdosen ist ein Adapter notwendig. Anfang April sind noch viele Lokale und Restaurants in der Nähe geschlossen, ab Mitte April sind die meisten offen, ebenso die Supermärkte. Zu den schönen Sandstränden muss man 1/2 Stunde gehen.

Not impressed.
The property itself is not bad, but the location is far away from Nissi Beach, 40 minutes walking distance and not 20 minutes as advertised. Nissi Beach is the prettiest beach in the area. The beach near the harbour, which is 30 minutes walking distance is just an ordinary beach (not worth to fly to Cyprus to go there). And teh same for sandy beach, cute beach but nothing special. On my arrival at the property I was allocated a studio room on the ground floor. The windows facing the front road have gates but the balcony of the bedroom on the back side of the building have a just a small fence who anyone can jump in. With more than 30 degrees you have to sleep with the balcony opened and that was not safe at all. Having complained at the receptionist that I did not feel safe, they moved me the following day to an apartment on the last floor, where WIFI was not working due to a missing internet extension. Having complained since day 1, but the internet technician only turned up the last night (my stay was overall 6 nights). Staff at reception is nice and friendly but overall lack of professional customer service. For instance if something is missing from a room, it should be checked upon checkout of a guest and not when the next guest arrivs and complain. I personally was not impressed and would not come back or recommend to a friend. For the same money I am sure you can find a better place and location.

Good hotel in a good location
Location was perfect, nice big parking outside, the room was spacious and they cleaned the room every day. Wi-Fi was terrible though. A.C. was not included as they said in the confirmation but it was absolutely necessary (6 euros per night though).

soggiorno tranquillo con piccolo imprevisto finale alla reception avevano sbagliato la prenotazione del taxi per aeroporto rischiando di non partire non lo chiamerei albergo ne apparta hotel ma condominio la reception non funzionava di notte alcune camere erano accoglienti mentre altre no ! (non puoi tenere il frigorifero nella camera da letto e la cucina in un'altra stanza) il bagno diventa una sauna dopo dieci minuti di permanenza in più senza areatore punto forte la posizione, centralissimo alla movida notturna ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla lo consiglio a chi non ha molte pretese e non vuole spendere molto ps basterebbero pochi accorgimenti per portare la struttura ad un livello buono.

Great value for money
Hotel is placed one street away from the main strip (take that as you like), it was close to things and not as noisy as I expected. The pool was peaceful even in August. The aircon was 6euro a night but well worth it. Unfortunately the fridge wasn't very clean and had ants in it. The soap dispensers were empty. And the water pressure in the bathroom sink was rubbish. Other than that the hotel was great and it was great value for money! I've stayed in a lot of napa hotels but this one was the cheapest we could find for our dates and I would definitely stay here again for that reason.

Decent location, not so comfortable
First of all, we did not know (maybe we missed the fine print) that they charge 6 euros per day to have air conditioning. Apparently this is common practice in Cyprus. What's sad is that the A/C you get is not even worth the extra pay. We had to leave it on 24/7 on turbo just to feel it a bit. Also, there is only A/C in the bedrooms so if it's hot you can't make use of the living room much. Other than that, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, but there is no dish soap to wash them. The instructions at check-in say that we are responsible for cleaning them but we didn't come with any dish soap. The pool is quite nice and the girls at the reception were helpful enough. There is no place to leave your luggage if your flight is at night and check-out is at noon. They allowed us to leave our things in the lobby but I wouldn't say that's so safe if you have valuables. There is a safe in the room but no way to open it. Maybe you have to pay extra to get the key - we didn't try. There is hand soap in the bathroom and also a dispenser in the shower but that one was empty. Bring your own shampoo though. The shower curtain was a bit less clean than I would have liked. Lastly, you can look right into your neighbors' balconies from your own, even climb over if you like! Oh, and one more thing - it seems that in each area of the hotel you have to connect to a different Wifi hotspot. Not very practical. That is if you can even connect.

Only one AC on top floor. Very hot in apartment. No frying pan in kitchen. TV has non-English news channels. Local channels only. Bed is very hard. Very basic old. Bath shower dribbles water.

Lækkert hotel. Tæt på det hele. Venligt personale.
Virkelig lækkert hotel med god beliggenhed. Personalet er utrolig imødekommende, og gør alt for at hjælpe. Poolen er meget ren. Værelserne er store og rene. Bruseren på vores værelse var dog meget svag. Bemærk også at aircondition koster Ca. €6 pr. Nat. Ville dog helt klart overveje at bo dér igen.

Das Hotel hatte Kakerlaken!! Im ersten Zimmer waren sie überall, nachdem ich mich beschwert habe, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, wo ich mich nach der Ausage der Hotelangestellten, dass es in Zypern überall Kakerlaken gibt, wirklich nicht wohl gefühlt habe und wir vor dem schlafen gehen immer das ganze Apartment nach Kakerlaken durchsucht haben und am letzten Tag auch fündig wurden. Außerdem kann man da ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen, da es sehr viele junge Gäste gibt, die mitten in der Nacht, gegen 3 Uhr, mit Quads vor dem Hotel ein Wettrennen veranstallten. Gut dass wir nur 2 Tage blieben...

I stayed at Agrino hotel for 4 nights. Room was spacious and renovated. Cleaning was ok but there were lot of ants in our room. Wifi didn't work the whole time. Air-conditioning cost 6€ per night, so there was too hot in our room since we didn't want to pay for it. Reception woman was friendly and borrowed us a hairdryer. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Hotel was good but I think the air-conditioning should be free in the summertime. Location is good if you wanna be near the clubs but bad if you wanna be near the beach. I heard the music from clubs every night to the hotel.

Lite hotel, ingen luksus, men leiligheten overraskende stor og utstyrt med nesten alt du kan tenke deg. Smakfull interiør i leiligheten. Betjening vennlig og imøtekommende. Utvendig, passe stort badebasseng og liggestoler. Egnet best for langtidsopphold. Stille området. Anbefales for mindre kresne folk.
