Its a great resort with clean and new facilities. The only improvements they need to do is to have Smart TVs and heathing the private pools.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel en All Inclusive en août 2023. Et le mot qui en ressort : BOF, TRÈS BOF… Points positifs : belle chambre confortable et propre, plusieurs coins piscines avec une partie Toboggan, belle plage Points à revoir : - Pas assez de choix de restaurants, il y a 2 restaurants à la carte mais nous pouvons y aller qu’une fois par semaine maximum. Et on n’y mange pas très bien... - Pas assez d’animations le soir, pas de musique, - Le service et le personnel pas à la hauteur d’un 5* (on doit demander plusieurs fois pour avoir quelque chose, pas de service à la piscine, on attends longtemps pour les cocktails, le mini bar dans la chambre n’est jamais rechargé, il faut aller chercher soi même de l’eau au bar par exemple…) Au vue du prix, nous avons connu beaucoup mieux… On ne reviendra pas

Facilities and pools were great and activities were good fun, rooms and cleanliness in room was excellent and also very good around the hotel, just lacked children's entertainment and areas to play in the evening, there could be more areas for kids to play, games room is far too hot also, pool tables and other games areas could be dotted around the village allowing more fun for kids. Waiters / waitresses seemed to stop serving after first couple of nights so had to go to bar as they seemed to just avoid us, also no one serves in the outside area below the sky lounge, when we asked the waitress they said it was outside of their service area despite getting drinks there the previous night, upstairs said they don’t serve downstair also. Food was very good, would have preferred to have a bit more traditional Cypriot food in the buffet, when I tried to make reservation for 2 on the app for the tavern it wouldn’t allow me so I asked reception they never responded with any confirmation. Overall great place to stay, had an amazing time and would definitely return to stay again.

Rooms were fantastic. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. The village setup is really good. We enjoyed the splash park and all the pool areas. The main restaurant is not very good. Staff are rude and there is no table service which is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast selection is poor (frankfurter hot dog sausages, No normal pork sausages). I think it is designed more for European diet than British/Americans. The individual restaurants such as the BBQ house and Dante’s were really good and we would highly recommend them. The snack bar is great and offers a huge selection throughout the day. The entertainment is ok but could be so much better. It is located on a grass area, nowhere near a bar so you can not be served drinks whilst watching it. Overall, I would rate the hotel out of 10 in the following areas: Rooms -9 Hotel Grounds - 10 Facilities - 9 Food - 7 Staff - 5 Location - 8 Entertainment - 5 Kids Club/Facilities - 9 We will likely not return again as we believe that alternative hotels in the same price bracket such as Olympic Lagoon, are far better in terms of food and entertainment. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from booking Atlantica Mare as there are certain areas which are fantastic but I think a lot of work needs to be done to compete with rival hotels.

Nous avons adoré sans la moindre hésitation les repas/buffets le soir! L'équipe de cuisine est incroyable et mérite vraiment 5 étoiles. Cela contraste et équilibre heureusement avec la mauvaise impression que nous avons eu du service. Le personnel est froid et distant, peu souriant et pas avenant. Seul le personnel qui ne semble pas être chypriote semble est plus disponible et plus à l'écoute. Nous avons eu de accueils froids. Un service digne de 3 étoiles et j'exagère encore. Même pas une cuillère sur la table au petit déjeuner le matin pour remuer son café. Lorsque l'on en demande une, on a l'impression de commettre un crime. On m'a proposé un café le matin. Lorsque je l'ai accepté, on me la déposé à l'autre bout de la table et j'ai dû me lever pour aller le chercher...ce n'était pas une table de 2 personnes, je le précise. L'arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons était transporté avec un véhicule électrique jusqu'à notre chambre...le chauffeur faisait exprès de prendre les virages rapidement pour impressionner mon fils, résultat: un valide a chuté et a été fortement griffée...et j'en ai beaucoup plus à raconter...

Everything in this hotel was great except three things. 1) room cleanliness 2) room amenities, and 3) moderate food options The hotel location is great, the beach is very clean, the swim up rooms are wonderful (private pool), lot of green places to sit and relax, and excellent staff(very helpful and friendly). Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend the hotel

Dien gesamte Anlage ist einem neuen, sehr sauberen Zustand, die Gartenanlagen liebevoll gepflegt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Erweiterungsbau im westlichen Bereich der Anlage. Besonders hervorheben muss man die Freundlichkeit des Personals!!

Fint men lite tråkigt resort utanför ayia napa
Fint nybyggt hotell, smakfullt inrett med alla rätt. Maten på hotellet är bra skulle jag säga, saknade dock fisk och skaldjur. Allt vällagat med omsorg! Men själva buffén var mkt ljust inredd med starkt ljus så det kändes inte så mysigt men visst, man såg ju maten:-) inte så ”pyntad” som finare hotell kan vara. Hela resortet är lite trångt vid poolen och restaurangerna så det finns ingen lyxig resortkänsla, utan det är mer liksom enkelt utan att för den skull vara fel! Jag kunde sakna ett leende från personalen och lite personlig touch. Jag retade mig enormt på hanteringen av plast - alla all invlusivedrinkar serverades med lock och sugrör i en engångsplastmugg och ville jag återanvända den så var det omöjligt. Saknade ordentligt gym och ett spa samt ngt kul för barnen. Kids club var inget speciellt. Gillade kvalité på maten och miljöerna i barerna och att det låg vid stranden. Fina solnedgångar. Bra promenadstig mot Ayia Napa, funkar även för joggning. Detta ställe passar om du vill koppla av och bara umgås med de du reser med och inte har anspråk på klassisk resortsemesterkänsla. Ligger en 4-5 km ifrån Ayia Napa och utanför finns ingenting att handla. Bra med swim-out från rummet, speciellt med tanke på att den gemensamma poolen är underdimensionerad och solstolarna räcker inte alls till.

schöne Anlage, toll für Familien
- schönes Hotel, neu renoviert - Zimmer mit direktem Poolzugang toll für Kinder, allerdings auch gefährlich (kleine Kinder dürfen nicht alleine auf der Terrasse sein) - schöne Liegen am Strand/ auf der Wiese - tolles Meer, noch sehr warm im Oktober! Auch Kinder können gut im Meer schwimmen, da es weit raus noch niedrig ist - einige Angebote für Kinder (Kinderdisco ect.) - sehr viele Leute am Frühstücksbuffet und am Pool (Hotel war ausgebucht) - sehr beliebt bei Schweizern, etwa 80% Schweizergäste im Hotel - Badetücher werden am Morgen vor 7 Uhr schon auf die Liegen gelegt, so wird ein Platz reserviert. Das hat uns sehr genervt! - Abendessen im Hotel (ohne HP) viel zu teuer, Essen in Ayia Napa deutlich günstiger! - Bus nach Ayia Napa problemlos - in Zypern gibt es wenig Taxiunternehmen, die einen Autositz für Kinder haben! Wir würden auf jeden Fall vorher ein solches Taxi reservieren!

The location is amazing. So beautiful. The resort is very very clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool was great. And also the sea.

Ранний заезд у нас не вышел, даже за 1 час, в целом, прождали 4 часа. (Приехали раньше) Номер мы брали семейный swim up. В номере: 2 комнаты, одна из них спальня и гостиная, с каждой из комнат выход к бассейну. 2 санузла, в одном душ, в другом ванна. Небольшая кухня, с раковиной, холодильником и капсульной кофе машиной, кондиционер и умное управление освещением. Есть сейф. Для ребенка предоставили детскую кроватку. Уборка ежедневная и тщательная. Сам отель-территория зеленая и ухоженная, из бассейнов берут пробы, что не мало важно. Море чистое и прозрачное, есть более трудный заход по камням и могут понадобиться аквашузы, есть и песочек. Лежаки платные. Атлантика находится достаточно далеко, поэтому на пляже только гости этого отеля, всем хватит места) Питание hb вполне разнообразное, ужин тематический каждый вечер, выбор большой. Для детей есть отдельный стенд с детским меню. На территории небольшой магазин с самым необходимым. На территории есть кафе и бары, один большой бассейн, около которого проходит анимация. От отеля до аэропорта Ларнаки около часа езды и 50€. Наш номер был 1018, одно из самых удачных расположений. Из минусов, при выезде за 1 из ужинов нам насчитали лишних 15€, в ситуации разобрались, хоть это заняло какое-то время. Удивило то, что не принесли никаких извинений. За это все же снижу 1 бал. Внимательно проверяйте счета.

Great pool, kids club stuff are really nice. Rooms are beautiful and the swimup pools are worth the extra money. Food at the Greek and Italian restaurants was excellent and breakfast at the Buffet was very good as well.

Nice but overpriced
It is very nice complex but overpriced. It is strange that as 5 star hotel they are not giving complimentary drinking water to your room.

Overpriced for what you get, our room had an awful bathroom. Leaking shower, nowhere to hand towels or put toiletries... I guess they gave it to us because we came for 3 days and were not going to complain... Greek restaurant was very nice, great food. Italian restaurant was not impressive at all.
