The proprietors were very friendly and helpful aswell as all their staff. The location was easy access to the beach if you dont mind sand in your toes. Only criticism would be the pool towels were a little too small.

Hotel room was not available for first night due to flood, so moved to another hotel Nissiana for one night, that was a lovely hotel and we will probably book to go there next time. Once we got back to Christofinia, our promised upgraded room (due to having to move on the first night) was not available, so they upgraded our board from B&B to Half Board, then onto Full Board after discussion. Sarah in reception was very kind and friendly and should be a very valued member of the team. Hotel has a lovely clean pool and there was always sunbeds at any time of the day. The food was hotel average, I could not work out why the hot food a breakfast was only luke warm at best and in the evening it was hot. Only one set of 3 very slow coffee machines at breakfast, so queues formed, they could do with another set on the other side to avoid this, or even just a hot water urn and tea bags/coffee sticks. The bed was a bit hard for me, however they put on a mattress topper straight away, which made it much better. There is a kettle and cups in the room, though you may want to bring your own tea and coffee. Free safe and air conditioning. Most waiting staff efficient, only the lady with the glasses was always smiling and spoke to you. They appeared to be bumping a lot of customers out on the first night so not sure how many rooms were 'out of action' or some other booking issue.

Nice hotel for money we paid
The hotel is nice, clean with good stuff. But for a 4* hotel there should be at least water in the room, or dining area. The restaurant is the weak point of the hotel, the rest is ok.

Lovrly staff, beautiful area and the atmosphere was superb. Definitely will stsy here again if tge ssme or better standards. Was hard to fault but worth the stay

We had an amazing stay at Christonfinia. Whilst the exterior may not look as fancy as surrounding hotels, the rooms are modern and comfortable, the pool and swim up bar are great and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best I’ve had (crepe bar!)

Not Luxurious but very comfortable and convenient!
Well located, sea across the road. Village centre reasonably close. Modern, new and all areas extremely clean. Fantastic big pool with submerged bar. Most families with children. Rooms very spacious although storage area very limited. Minimal toiletries. Very good free wifi. Excellent a/c unit. Fridge in the room plus safe box(rental charge for safe). Unfortunately no kettle for coffee/tea. Large beds with extremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. Big selection for breakfast buffet . Rooms have small balcony with pool view.

Strand ist in 5 min Flussläufig zu erreichen und mitunter das beste an diesem Hotel. Relativ schöner Poolbereich, jedoch kein service. Nachtdienst war Katastrophal und hat uns laufend auf Griechisch beleidigt während er vor sich hinmurmelte. Frühstück war gewöhnungbedürftig, hat uns eher an eine bahnhofshalle erinnert, sehr kalt und karg. Personal ist sehr genervt und gestresst, dadurch auch nicht zuvorkommend. Wenn man abends noch etwas essen möchte wird man gezwungen in der kargen halle zu sitzen, Abendessen auf der Terrasse ist nicht möglich(den Grund konnte uns der Chef auch nicht sagen- so haben wir es eben immer gemacht)- auch nicht a la cart. Putzkräfte kommen ins Zimmer trotzdessen dass man noch im Zimmer ist und fangen trotz mehrmaligem „no“ an zu putzen. WLAN gibt es nur in der lobby, in den Zimmern muss man zusätzlich dafür zahlen. Alles in allem hat der Strand und die Umgebung alles wieder wett gemacht jedoch ist das Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!

This place is super nice. It is just right next to Adams Beach Hotel, which is a very expensive hotel in Nissi beach area. This hotel is right next to it, super close, 1 min walk, but so much affordable in price.Strongly recommended. They borrow towels for pools, great breakfast, staff are super kind. Perfect stay indeed.

I have stayed in many hotels in my life. But I have never checked out early. I booked 9 nights and checked out the very first day. Heres why: When I arrived I was told I got a lovley room, turned out it was filled with cigarette smoke wich you smelled. I was told by the staff that it was not possible because of the fire alarm ( guess that dont work) but got a new room. The new room was much older and had a lout of trouble. First I noticed that the ac was really old and didnt work unless you were in the room. And it took 3 hours to make the room barabel to be in. It had a carpet that was sticky under your feet. The bed was really hard and uneven in the mattress. The towels was not feeling clean. And the toilet leaked and when I told the staff about this they said that the fomrer guest did not complain. And a man in a suit came up and flushed and said it looked alright. When I was out for o while the first day the safebox was locked but when I came back it was opened, but nothing was missing. The corriodrs in the hotel was more hot then anything I previous have encountered. I never tried the breakfast or the pool area. The area around was okey. I switched hotel and had in the end a really amazing holiday, altought it cost me a alot to pay for two different hotelrooms at the same time. But my experience with Christofina hotel made that worth it!

Close to Nissi beach
It is a nice hotel, has a nice pool and comfortable rooms. On the other hand, the breakfast is very very very poor, the wifi is not available for free in rooms and it is frustrating. The good thing is that it is near Nissi beach and far from the crowdy side of Ayia Napa.

Not recommended
The hotel was dirty cockroaches in stuck in the bathroom light dirty floor not even cleaned the next day , you have to pay for everything from towels to internet . Paid for sea view got non of that . I thought I lost my key card they wanted me to pay 10€ but I did not and then I found it . I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone frankly waste of time and money thank God we did not spend the day at the hotel .
