Prisvärt centralt boende och i lugnt område!
Mycket bra boende med lugnt centralt läge strax utanför Ayia Napas centrum och nära bra restauranger. Inte långt till en fin strand Sandy Bay beach ca 15 min promenad sen tar det ca 20 min till Nissi beach. Mycket välskött poolområde med många solstolar där det finns en bra restaurang Robinson. En välsorterad Supermarket finns nära! Vi hade frukost som ingick och var bra. Vår 2- rumslägenhet hade lite äldre inredning helt okej för oss men med lagom sköna sängar. Mycket bra luftkonditionering i båda rummen som man enkelt kunde styra till ena rummet om man inte ville ha för kallt eller drag i ex sovrummet! Till sist det bästa var att det alltid var rent och snyggt både i lägenheten och hotellområdet så det blir högsta betyg åt städpersonalen som alltid hälsade glatt. Det här lägenhetshotellet hade fått högsta betyg om övrig personal visat lite mer vänlighet och gästfrihet inte att vi som gäster alltid hälsade först! Sammanlagt ett mycket bra prisvärt boende😎👍

Very nice stay, clean, spacious, lovely staff
I stayed Monday to Friday in a one bedroomed apartment. It had everything I needed, it was clean, spacious and everything worked perfectly. Staff were always available in Reception and were very nice. Breakfast was tasty and constantly topped up, pastries, cooked breakfast items, bread and rolls, fruit, coffee and juices, ham, cheese and salad. I did not try the evening food. Property is a very pleasant place to stay, I will come back.

Aldrende hotell med godt vedlikehold og renhold. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, spesielt i frokostsalen. Tre basseng, poolbar. Trygt område for småbarn. Gratis bruk av safe i rommet, gratis velfungerende wifi, gratis bruk av dobbel airconditioning. Dette var en toroms leilighet, vi var to voksne og to barn. Anbefaler leilighet på bakkeplan for små barn. Alt i alt et godt opphold, og vi vil garantert bestille her igjen!

Perfect choice
The hotel is basic so if you are looking for luxury stay elsewhere. However you cannot beat the location! Everything was adequate, the room was large and cleaned every day. There is a fridge and a safe. The staff seemed cold and unfriendly at first but after being there a few days and speaking with them they all were very friendly and helpful. I guess everyone can have a bad day so give them a chance!

המלון ממוקם בסמיכות גבוהה לחוף ניסי, לשדרה המרכזית בו, לאטרקציות דוגמת פארק המים במלון pantea, הלונה פארק והנמל ממנו יוצאים שיוטים לכל המשפחה. כמו כן, ניתן לצאת ממנו בקוי101, 102 הציבוריים לעיירות הסמוכות ליום בילוי ולחזור בשעות הלילה. למלון מגוון חדרים, בקבלה מאוד יעילים והבריכה מאוד נקייה כמו גם חדר האוכל וסביבת המלון. ארוחת הבוקר אינה מגוונת אך משביעה וארוחת הערב בעלת נושא וגוון משתנה יומיומי ומראה על חשיבה ורצון להפוך את הארוחה למהנה ללקוח.

Overall a good experience, I would recommend to change the breakfast the same way as you have the dinner change it up a little bit I think that people get bored to have the same people over and over every single day, I stayed 14 days and it was the same breakfast. I believe that if you change the breakfast menu it would bring you a lot more good comments the personal very helpful all the time. Would I come back? Sure just to see if my comments were taken in consideration.

This is my second time i stay in this hotel, last year the experience was perfect, food was good rooms were clean, so i decided to repeat the experience this year and i was so disappointed since: 1- Room were not clean at all, ants and insects were everywhere. 2- Food quality and quantity have degraded a lot since last year. however i have to admit that the hotel location is perfect since it is half way from everything. Pool also is nice and clean.

The best restaurant this hotel has!
Well our stay started out not good,. the room was old and smelly with ants all over. My wife was really mad and went to the front desk and they took our complaints really seriously the next day. They sparkled the room, changed everything and then our bad experience became a great one. The kitchen is small but ok for us since we didn't use the kitchen and had half borad. The pool is great and bid with a funny jacuzzi next to it which we didn't understatd really how it works. the locaction for the hotel is the best. right on the main road of the city, close to all the attractions and the 2 million souvenir shops around. The best part about the hotel is the restaurant. The fool is AMAZING. they have a different menu every evening. one evening far east, the next cypriot cuisine, etc. Really great. The service? WOWOWOW. the manager of the restaurant Mr Jibco or however you write his name treats you like you are the only person there, and they have hundreds of people at any given time. He greats you in his few works in your language (he said good morning and bon appetit ih Hebrew) and is always there for you Would defenetly recommend the hotel to upgrade the interior of the hotel, because thier restaurant is really like you say in british englidh "brilliant" hope my elaborated review helps you our. All and all, the hotel is really fine.

Great little hotel just the perfect distance away from the nightlife hub so as to be easily walkable/staggerable but not at all noisey. Clean, decent sized pool and big restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Would stay again

отель отличный,на свои 3* я бы даже сказала можно и 4* удобные номера,в номере чайник ,холодильник,мин. -кухня....сейф в номере и что самое главное в наше время беплатный вайфай))))на всей территории отеля и в номере Приветливый персонал,уборка замен полотенец,ну что еще надо для хорошего отдыха?!!! Очень приличная кухня,повара старались действительно на 5+ Так что всем советуем именно этот отель Единственное он чучуть отдален от моря,кто не страдает по нему . там отличный бассейн....

The room was a major disappointment
When we arrived to the hotel we were happy with the look of it, very friendly receptionist, nice dining area, we were excited, however, when we got to the room it was a major disappointment, the rooms are not clean at all, and it badly needs renovation, specially the bathrooms, it was full of ants all the time, we were not comfortable at all during our stay, as the most important thing whenever you stay in a hotel was missing:a clean comfy room, which was the exact opposite. On the other hand, the location is excellent, i don't think there is a hotel with a better location in Ayia Napa.

can't answer
when we got to the hotel we were told to sit down and wait for ten minutes then when we asked 15mins later what was going on we were told few minutes more. another ten minutes later we were then told sorry we are fully booked which this was now the third hotel we had tried to go to due to other reasons. however we were offered an alternative hotel which had a sea view and was very good.

Λυπουμε ειναι ειναι η πρωτη και τελευταια φορα
Είχα κάνει κράτηση τον Ιανουάριο και ήθελα το δωμάτιο μ να είναι στο ισόγειο και το είχα βάλει και στο αίτημα μ..Την παρασκευή περνώ τηλ την κοπέλα από της κράτησης και την υπενθυμίζω αν είναι οκ η κράτηση μ.και το δωμάτιο μ στο ισόγειο..Περνώ τηλ.που είναι η τοποθεσία ..δεν είχαν ιδέα που είναι το ξενοδοχείο και σε πιο μέρος βρίσκετε..πέρασε 1/1/2 ώρα και το βρήκαμε..στο τέλος απο πολλή ταλαιπωρία όταν έφθασα στο ξενοδοχείο είχε την αναίδεια η ρεσεψιόν να μας βάλει στο 2ο όροφο γιατί η κράτηση σας ήταν για μια μέρα μου λέει..ήταν η απάντηση της.. λυπούμε παρά πολυ αλλά ήταν η πρώτη και η τελευταία φορά που πηγαίνω σ'αυτό το ξενοδοχείο..ευχαριστώ.

Room was real nice
I wasn't expecting it to be as good as advertised, but it was. It's worth the price, but kinda high compared to other places in the area. It's close to everything, and you can actually wake up or be there for the buffet, it's not too bad.

Much better than a description.
The hotel is much better than most 4-star hotels. May be besides entertainment staff (none). But you are in Ayia Napa - it have any entertainment you want. Excellent staff, non-stopping cleaning, decent food, very good WiFi (we had a router in out room). Don't hesitate to ask personal - f.e. adapter(s) into an outlet, etc.
