”Terrible.
Bathroom/Shower disgusting, couldn't shower. Mirror was unusable due to dirt, water marks, damp. Mould in the shower, smelt fusty.
Dirt under beds, old yoghurt wrappers. Shouldn't be advertised for a family, if had option to stay elsewhere at last munute we would have done. ”

”My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was worth the price. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the pool and sauna as well. I’d recommend booking with breakfast as some of the rooms doesn’t come with a stove. Over all, it was an amazing experience❤️”

”What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor.
Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise.
Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided.
Would 100% stay again in the future

”We stayed at Hampden Apartments as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which was excellent and very convenient.
Unfortunately, everything else fell well below expectations. Communication from the host was virtually non-existent. Despite the listing stating that check-in instructions would be sent by email, I received nothing after booking and none of my messages through Expedia or calls to the provided mobile number were answered....

”Edward and Caroline are very friendly and the barn delivers on feeling historical. The bathroom amenities are very nice, and that it's walkable to Cookham's high street is quite nice, and I appreciated having tea and juice.
It was important to me to have parking onsite - and the parking is actually on the road (I normally drive on the opposite side of the road and wanted to have the simplest of parking experiences). Communication was easy when Edward was outside working, but communication...
