”Brilliant view to the roof of the hotel with a massive cooling fan making noise all night. Not so nice actually. Restaurant is complicated and for a tourist a bit uncomfortable. The staff doesn't really make contact with you and you don't know when to order, where to order, how to pay etc. It's a time machine. Stuck somewhere in 90's /2000. But clean at least and location is nice.”

”The room we were allocated was quite a treck upstairs, downstairs and along corridors, no lift to this area. The room was ok but dated and a bit dirty on the bed base and carpet. A window catch was broken and a whole pelmet fell down on me. I was lucky it just missed my head but it did hurt my hand at the time. A member of staff filled in an accident form but I never received an apology from Management. The bed itself was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows and duvet were lumpy. We didn't...
