”The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. I would but I'm at the SELF...

Everything one might need was readily available, including a convenience store, luggage storage on the ground floor, and a washing machine within the room. ”Tōyu was recommended to us by a family member, and the hotel did not disappoint. Tōyu is tucked away in a quiet corner. The entrance is warm and inviting. Every evening returning to the hotel, the welcoming façade was comforting. We were surprised when we realized one of the main food and shopping alleyways was conveniently just around the corner.
