”We had a great time at the Tru Hotel! It was newly remodeled building and we were welcomed by a friendly staff. Loved how nice and clean the room and bathroom was. One of the best hotel options in the area for parking. There was street parking after 4pm for free or a public parking lot across the street for $25 through the hotel. Also it was in close walking distance to the Inner Harbor and lots of great restaurants. Such a nice choice for a weekend getaway! We’ll definitely come back. ”

Hotel location was very convenient for our event at the Convention center, there is a big store next door so that is convenient. Wifi was good, water pressure was good, ac was good For the size of our room we were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good enough to just grab something and leave. We travel with a child and had bo inconvenience”

”Decent price for the stay. Centrally located. The water takes FOREVER to get hot, but does eventually get hot. Our room keys stopped working on day two of our stay?? So we went down to the front desk and the gentleman working the desk said nothing?? And just fixed them and handed them back? So thanks for fixing them but some sort of explanation wouldve been nice or assurance this wouldnt happen again since desk hours arent 24 hours and BOTH room keys were disabled? But fixed nonetheless. Room...
