”Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.”

”When we checked in, there was a strong smell of weed coming from across the front desk and also in the elevator. We checked in late, around 11:30pm, so maybe getting high is a night shift perk. The room was very plain, but seemed to be clean. Beds were comfortable. Biggest complaint is the nonstop loud traffic noise coming from the street below. No bedside clock. Breakfast was just meh. We won’t be back.”

”Very clean”

”It was so cool to literally step off the plane and walk through the terminal to the lobby of the hotel.”

”The room was smaller than expected. The bed linen were not of good quality and were not smooth. Air conditioning very noisy The breakfast was good.”

”Ana, at the front desk was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, pool was clean and rooms were always cleaned and ready before noon! Shuttle was good and reliable. Great value!”

”Great”

”The building is older, but seems to be maintained. When we first entered it had a "bug spray" smell, did not see any bugs while there. 2nd floor hallway was a musky smell, the smell carpet gets when it has been steamed cleaned, & stays too wet too long. Mattress was very uncomfortable, past time for replacement. Charged $100 security deposit, says it will be returned after room inspected for damages, etc. if none. It would have been nice to have known this in advance. Took photos of room...

”If you have an outside balcony on the south side of the building be prepared to hear all kind of Street noises. Honking cars revving engines and police activity. The hotel isn't responsible for this but be prepared. Also valet parking only that $39 a night”
