”House was dirty. Hair was in the beds,shower,on kitchen table, the Kitchen sink was gross and there were bugs on the floor! Contacted host to get a refund due to us not feeling comfortable to stay in the home. She asked if we wanted a cleaner to come but instead we decided to leave without. She agreed to give us a partial refund. ”
