Huoneistot – Bacalar

”Very nice place at the lake. The room (a junior suite) was kind of nice but very impractical: there were no closets or drawers to put the clothes and other stuff into, no desk or chairs in the room, there was no internet in the room and even in the main building it was very slow, the TV had no TV channels and there were ants in our room.”

”Excelente”

”A lovely, relaxing spot. What really stood out was the staff—they were exceptionally attentive and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was straightforward but satisfying, providing great fuel for active days. The lagoon setting is gorgeous, and having direct kayak access along with a handy shop right next door made the entire experience seamless”

”I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return.”

”El lugar está increíble”

”Great place to stay!”

”The staff at Blue Palm are the absolute best and help with excellent suggestions for tours, dining, you name it. They arranged a sailing tour for me on the lagoon which was the best tour I've ever enjoyed in Mexico. The owner, Juan, informed me about the best places to visit and background info and history about the Bacalar area and the new Train Maya. The garden and pool area is restful and beautiful. The gardeners are true artists. Speaking of art, the art and decor in the hotel are unique....
