”I stayed there with my children and from beginning, the staff didn’t seem impressed to help. Maybe there over worked but every time I asked the front desk a question, they seemed bothered to assist. There’s no room service until your third day there so asking for towels and washcloths was daily, which they seemed to not want to give. Great location but the overall hotel seemed run-down.
