”First of all, this is a MOTEL. I could not tell that from the pictures. Second, there were no "live" staff present on the property - you checked in with a man on a screen who was located who-knows-where, and a kiosk spit out your room key. The room had visible dirt on the floor (like chunks of it, seriously) and the countertop had visible gunk on it (maybe old food smears?). I am not a clean freak by any means, but it was gross. The bathroom and tub did appear to be clean. The property...
