”Hotelli täytti kaikin puolin odotuksemme. Tyylikäs paikka, jossa oli hyvä palvelu. Rinteeseen pääsy helppoa, vaikka hotelli ei ole rinteiden vieressä. Ulkoporeallas mukavan eksoottinen kokemus. Pieni miinus sängystä, joka ei ollut kovin hyvä nukkua.”

”We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

”The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and...

”The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”
