The apartment is located in a very quiet and well-maintained building. Chiemgau Thermen are about a 15-minute walk away, as are the train station and the town center with shops, butchers, bakeries, and restaurants. Lake Chiemsee is also nearby, and the area offers numerous cycling and hiking trails.



A parking space is available on the property, and a garage parking spot can also be booked for an extra fee. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Parties or group events are not permitted in the apartment or on the premises. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles.
