Solid pine furniture, wooden ceilings and a sisal carpet create a cozy atmosphere.

From the balcony, which is cut into the roof and cannot be seen, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the forest and the upper and lower Gaistal valley.



The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on a slope, 100m from the edge of the forest in a pure south-facing position. A 25a meadow with trees belongs to the house, which slopes steeply down to the Gaisbach.



The distance to the next bus stop is 250m.



From Bad-Herrenalb station you can use the entire bus and S-Bahn network of the Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft AVG and the Karlsruhe transport association KVV.



Excursions to Ettlingen, Karlsruhe, Freudenstadt and the Palatinate are possible without a car.

Baden-Baden can be reached by car in 25 minutes.



The apartment has free internet access.
