”Place was clean upstairs and had a nice view out the back windows, however, the place was mis-represented: the TV nor DVD player are connected for reception, although the internet did work well so bring your own ROKU stick; the management service is over priced and was no help. The basement bedroom is musty, damp and smelly, not really usable. The bath water was brown.”

”Scary. Huge black spiders in the bathtub. Very uncommunicative check-in, no info on property, trash, or any services. If you are over 55 and don't know much about streaming services, forget TV. Handle broke off of door fridge and wardrobe. Tiny bathroom counter even though the space is huge. Not a very efficient layout. This might work for some, but not for us.”

”We had a very nice stay. The view of the inlet with all the lobster boats was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock/water access as well - our kids were able to spend some time fishing and even waded in the water. The drive is a little far to Acadia (a little over an hour) but we were still able to use the rental home as a base for visiting the National Park.”

The house is the perfect amount of space, very functional, and has everything we could need.
