The ground level features a combined living and dining area with direct access to a balcony, as well as a kitchenette and a shower/WC, making up the single bathroom of the property. The upper level consists of an open gallery with sloping ceilings, where the ceiling height reaches 120 cm, providing an intimate and characterful sleeping space. This gallery houses 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, forming the property's 1 bedroom equivalent. Please be aware that rather than an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping area is situated in an open-plan gallery space. The gallery level does not include a wardrobe.
